Our special microtextured dies are used in the security field as a valid alternative to the hologram. The surface of these dies is not smooth, but micro-engraved with tailor made anti-counterfeiting textures created by our Design and Technical Team.
Every microtexture is created on your needs, and can be changed from time to time, with variable codes, micro-scripts, hidden or latent images. Micro-scripts / codes can be changed basing upon various criteria: production batches, distribution areas, etc.
These dies are supplied exclusively to the customer who is the owner of the trademark or, alternatively, to the authorised printing company.

The extreme difficulty of manufacturing copper dies, makes any attempt of counterfeiting the result of our dies almost impossible or extremely expensive.
The authenticity of an anti-counterfeiting microtexture is to be found both at first sight and on a careful analysis with magnifying optical instruments: in fact, the quality of a counterfeit micro-textured die does not allow a stable print, nor a sufficient resolution of all the fine details.
