The Unilock-Up® system evolution.

The SpeedChase® replaces honeycomb chase technology with a new chase system that uses pneumatic pins to register and remove the UniLock-Up® plate, coupled to the SpeedChase® with superior magnetic force.
The Unilock-Up® plates are easily mounted with the SpeedChase® and installed within minutes.
When a job is finished, the Unilock-Up® is easily removed thanks to a special compressed air device supplied and is ready to be stored and used again for future jobs.
Moreover set-up and changeover can all be accomplished “hot”, allowing for faster set-up times and less downtime between production runs.
The SpeedChase® system is available for both traditional hot stamping machines as well as narrow web label printing machines.
